Usually, every person have a bad morning habit they did not pay attention to their lifestyle and living hood everyone is busy in their work and did not pay or focus on their lifestyle and living hood 

Now a new  generation is totally in control of mobiles and Technology even after morning walk up the first thing they  do is pick up the mobile phone check their status and social media which is not good for your health both mental and physical

If you usually walk up early in the morning when you have a bunch of free time to put attention for your health so in this article I will tell you something and activities that can help you to convert that free time in some productive things which will affect you in your health and fitness so basically this articles activities are three morning habits that one should never forget to perform in their life even they have no free time they should find some free time to perform this activity so without any further due let's get started

Some of  you may find difficult to perform this activity but tips from my side are that you should try with one or two activities than after few days go for the forward to another activity so without any wasting time here are three-morning habits that one should never forget to do

1.Drinking boiled water
2.Meditation
3.10 to 15-minute exercise

1.Drinking boiled water

Drinking boiled water : Boil water is better and good then unboiled water  usually a water contain virus and small bacterias as Biology and scientist says but when you boil the water it kills bacteria and virus which will go in your body and affect your health so try to make sure that you drink early a boiled water which is free from virus and bacteria so the first thing you should do after walkup is boiling the water and drink it.

Drinking boiled water also provide your body oxygen which will be good for your body because after sleep you needed to refresh your body so drinking warm water will provide you a good amount of oxygen after you wake up.

There are two ways which you can use to drink boiled water first drinking  simple boil water and second drinking lemon boil water I recommend you to shuffle with these two of them both have their own benefits and by shuffling you can consume both benefits sometimes drinking simple boil water and after some time or  after a week you should try to drink boil water  with lemon moving onto the next habit that you should never forget to perform in the morning is meditation

2.Meditation

Meditation: if you are thinking what is meaning of meditation means to focus on the particular object. Scientist and various studies proved  that mindfulness meditation can affect your physical and mental health in a good and positive manner the person who meditates daily are free from anxiety and tension issues and many other issues and the person have such a great focus on things and never have any  mental and physical issues try to understand meditation through this quote

Every human being is the author of his own health and diseases

this quote of Buddha simply means that human being is the author of his own life or in simple word life is the book and the writer of that book is human being himself because  but the decision human being made will decide its future and  life so if you have  once decided to do meditation then it will have a great positive impact which can write your good health and disease free future so do not stay away from this habits try to make this habit your daily routine habit

Moving onto the next  third habit is somehow found difficult for some people because it is a physical activity no one likes to do physical activity in the morning but you need to perform this which is an exercise for 10 to 15 minutes daily

3.10 to 15-minute exercise

Exercise 10 to 15 minutes: As I told you in the previous article how to prevent cardiovascular diseases that exercise have the biggest benefit that it helps you in blood flow blood circulate more easily  and more Oxygen will be provided to your body so taking good and fresh oxygen in the morning through exercise is very helpful for your mental and Physical health.
I do not say or force you to do exercise for one to two hours because we are not focusing on lose weight or fat burning we are just focusing to provide a body enough amount of oxygen which will help you in mental health.

The best exercise to do in the morning which will include stretching exercise also is called Surya Namaskar or in  English  called as Sun salutation

As Sun salutation  include 12 practices posture exercise along with stretching exercise that why it is good for you even a  children can perform it covers all the parts of body  which are very good and the biggest benefit of Surya Namaskar is that increase blood flow and which will keep  your skin young and when your body will get enough amount  of oxygen has he needed then it will help you and many reasons
