Cardiovascular means a circulatory system and the disease and symptoms related to the circulatory system is called cardiovascular diseases.
As we all know our body is made up of six elements carbon-oxygen, hydrogen nitrogen calcium, and phosphorus
And about 0. 85% of the other five elements so for running  of our body organs we required each and every organ in well and good condition
The heart is a circulatory organ or cardio cardiovascular system organ. The heart pumps blood throughout our body and blood provide all the elements needed to survive such as oxygen hydrogen and carbon. so it's well functioning and good condition is required but due to busy schedules and lack of unhealthy diet and work we did not think about it we are not able to provide a good and nutritious food to our body which causes diseases in our body like cardiovascular diseases

Some of the types of cardiovascular diseases:-
  • Coronary artery diseases
  • Heart attack
  • Heart Defect
  • Angina 
These all are heart diseases or cardiovascular diseases that cause the death of people
According to ahajournals.org CVD, cardiovascular diseases p a quarter of old mortality is attributed to cardiovascular diseases

A heart attack is an instant failure of heartbeats and it usually came due to block in arteries
And the most common reason of heart attack is failure correctable problem such as overweight lack of exercise and unhealthy diet and many more


Now we know all about cardiovascular diseases now its times to know that how to prevent from this type of cardiovascular diseases

How to prevent cardiovascular diseases

The method and ways to prevent which I am going to tell you required a discipline because if you did not follow or do the steps on time to time or in well and organized manner then it can cause no result so firstly you should take a discipline now start with the first is

Adding varieties to the food

Some of may already know that we have five major food groups that are 

1.Vegetables 
2.Food 
3.Proteins
4.Grains
5.Dairy 

These food groups are known as food varieties If you add varieties of food into your food then it can make your diet healthy and provide you a various range of different nutrition that is good for our body.
so adding food varieties can help you to prevent cardiovascular diseases and other diseases
Now we will understand individually about these five major food groups and their advantages

A vegetable  that is good for heart patients or heart is carrot, Broccoli, garlic, onion and many more if you add these varieties of vegetables into your food then it will provide you in nutrition diet and will be helpful for your heart health

Dairy Foods that you should eat and add to your food is cheese yogurt and reduce fat milk and try to take more calcium and protein and Vitamin A and d food because it is healthy for your heart and  make your diet heart-healthy diet

Grains like avocado walnut dark chocolate many more these types of grains can help you to make your heart healthy diet and add a good variety into your food.

next, you should have a protein-rich food into your lunch breakfast or dinner anytime when you want to try to add protein-rich food. which will help you to provide your body full of protein.

Now moving on to the next way to prevent cardiovascular diseases is 


Ban smoking and Alcohol

Smoking and alcohol are unhealthy for our heart health these are a slow killing substance that causes diseases slowly but definitely, Even doctors and People Told You about it but because it has become a habit due to which you are not able to get out of these problems.

One day you make a decision to ban smoking and alcohol and another day you do it again this all thing is the main cause of cardiovascular disease and most of the people died due to these diseases. 

Nicotine chewing gum is a good way to prevent you from smoking if you chew this then it can satisfy your mind and you will not desire to do smoking or cigarette so make sure if you are facing problem in leaving then try this.
According to WHO survey, it says that around 12% of smoker is in India which means India have world 12% of smokers. 

And it also says that around 1 million people die every year due to tobacco smoking and alcohol 
According to a 2002 survey of W H O, it says that 30% of adult males smoke in India.

so it concluded that smoking, tobacco, and alcohol are not good to your health and it can cause many diseases in which cardiovascular diseases included it can cause you heart attack stroke and many more types of diseases which causes the death of a person in early age.

Exercise is necessary

Exercise has many benefits but the mean and biggest benefit of exercise is that it helps you in the blood flow of your body if circulate more easily blood.
when the circulation of blood becomes easier in your body then it will help you the lower the risk of heart diseases or cardiovascular diseases because more oxygen level will be present in your body.

It also prevents from coronary artery diseases and high cholesterol level in your body
You should try aerobic exercise because it is only for the heart health exercise like running jogging jumping etc and you can also try strength exercising and stretching exercises that are easier and required less time and fewer efforts but have more effect on your body.

Few people know how to take a walk. The qualifications are endurance, plain clothes, old shoes, an eye for nature, good humor, vast curiosity, good speech, good silence and nothing too much.
